Dream Body Pilates is a spacious, premium Pilates studio just outside Halifax town centre, thoughtfully designed to promote calm and confidence, no matter your ability.
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout using a spring-based machine to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility.
Classes focus on controlled, precise movements that target the core while strengthening and toning the entire body.

TIMETABLE
We have tried to keep our timetable as flexible as possible to suit every schedule.
Classes will run 7 days a week.
We will open with a slightly reduced timetable to begin whilst we build our numbers but at full schedule, our intended timetable will be as follows:
Monday - Friday (combination of following times):
7:30am - 8:15am
8:30am - 9:15am
9:30am -10:15am
10:30 - 11:15am
12pm - 12:45pm
1pm - 1:45pm
4pm - 4:45pm
5pm - 5:45pm
6pm - 6:45pm
7pm - 7:45pm
Saturday & Sunday
9:30am - 10:15am
10:30am - 11:15am
11:30am - 12:15am
12:30am - 1:15am
